The customer INMASA needed to replace their previous system with a more modern and high-performance solution, capable of increasing productivity, improving process efficiency, and ensuring greater reliability and production flexibility while maintaining high quality standards.
The solution
SCB 30 NS with GCB 1-1
In the search for new and unique construction and technological solutions suited to the customer’s needs, Primafond designed and built an SCB 30 NS core shooter machine complete with a gas supply system, sized to meet the required production requirements.
The advantages
The result achieved allowed for maximum production flexibility. High-performance core production was also achieved, especially with improved strength due to increased mixture compaction. Management of all parameters allowed for quick and easy consultation, allowing INMASA to better monitor the progress of the business.
